The content of the Website is copyright protected. It is forbidden to copy, disseminate or use in any other way (to the extent exceeding the legally permitted use) any contents without the express, written consent of the BLOCKCHAIN DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION. The minimum pay for one-off use of the content of the Website is: PLN 100,000 (one hundred thousand zloty) for all contents per month or at least PLN 10,000 (ten thousand zloty) per 5000 (five thousand) characters. In accordance with Art. 79 of the Copyrights and Related Rights Act of 4 February 1994, if its copyrights are violated, the BLOCKCHAIN DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION has the right to have the damage repaired under general terms and conditions or paid. In the case of payment, the financial penalty amounts to twice the above fee or, if the violation is intentional, three times the above fee and constitutes a relevant compensation that the moment it is claimed would be payable for the Foundation’s consent to use such contents. The fees are reasonable given the specialised character of the contents, workload connected with the preparation of such contents, and great knowledge necessary to produce them (knowledge of law, banking, taxes, technology, financial markets, know-how).
